Manor
on the Bay Guesthouse is a 1862 Manor house situated on
the white beaches of peaceful Gordon's
Bay, South Africa. The Manor provides luxury accommodation in
all 12 en-suite bedrooms with bed and breakfast or self
catering options available. Disabled friendly rooms, interleading
family rooms, inhouse massage facility as well as a conference
room is available. It's close proximity to Cape Town, the
Winelands and over 16 golf courses provides an excellent
base from where these truly unique Western Cape
attractions can be experienced. Breakfast is served at
the swimming pool or in the dining room! A snack menu is
available throughout the day. Dinner on request. Braai
facility available. We also have an inhouse
massage room as well as a conference facility for 20 people.
Manor on the Bay is the ideal venue
for a small private wedding. We cater for groups up to
28 people for a sit-down meal and up to 60 for a cocktail
party. The garden and patio can accommodate about 50 people
seated. Please note that this option can be a risk, since
we do not have a plan B in case of bad weather. We advise
all potential customers to come and have a look at our
facility to make sure we meet your requirements. Please
note that we do not host dance parties.
Manor on the Bay
offers a peaceful, tranquil
venue for an intimate special
wedding. The garden lends itself to the ideal settings
for beautiful pictures. The Manor is the
ideal venue for the bride-to-be and a friend or mother
to rest and pamper herself the night before her big day.
Manor on the Bay's
air-conditioned conference venue (8 x 4.3 m) (Ceiling height
of 3.1m) can accommodate up to 22 people, seated in Board
Room Style, and 25 people in Cinema Style. We are able
to accommodate two groups in breakaway sessions. More groups
can be accommodated if the weather permits, since our gardens
offer an ideal place to brainstorm creative ideas. |
