| The Cottage
is a charmingly furnished self-catering, fully equipped,
Victorian cottage within a short walk of the University
of Cape Town, Rhodes Memorial and the Newlands rugby and
cricket grounds. It is fully alarmed, with security bars
and gates over all exits, armed response and frequent bicycle
patrols. It has off street parking for two cars. Ten minutes
drive from Cape Town International airport, Mowbray Golf
course, Red Cross Children's Hospital and easy 15 minute
access to city beaches and the waterfront. It offers a
separate sitting room with heater and fireplace, television
and cdplayer/Hi-FI system. A separate kitchen with full
sized fridge, oven and hob and dishwasher. The bathroom
has both bath and shower, with separate toilet and an automatic
washing machine. Two bedrooms contain double beds and are
fitted with wall heaters. |
