| Cancellation Policy
The general rule for cancellations prior to arrival is:
Less than 7 days forfeit the full accommodation account
From 7 to 14 days forfeit 75 % of the accommodation account
From 14 to 21 days forfeit 50 % of the accommodation account
From 21 to 28 days forfeit 25 % of the accommodation account
In the event of premature departure we charge for the full original booking
Rooms that are not occupied by 18h00 will be seen as a NO SHOW, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Cancellation for WM2010
For the period we are adjusting the booking policy. All bookings with arrival and departure dates between the period 1 June 2010 and 30 July 2010 will be booked under the non-refundable policy.
When we receive a reservation during the above mentioned period, we are entitled to charge the full amount on the credit card you provide to us as guarantee. Once you the guest have made the reservation and the full amount is successfully charged, you the guests will no longer be able to cancel the reservation. Should you the guest cancel you forfeit the full amount paid. |
