Our spanking new cottages are in the midst of a Protea Farm with stunning, uninterrupted mountain views. They are Self-Catering, with a cleaning service provided at an optional nominal fee. Basil and Reinette Kellar have made every effort to equip them for your comfort and enjoyment. The farm is totally security fenced and there is ample parking for your cars.
Undiscovered, unique wineries in the Overberg. Easy drive, to the Historical town of Worcester (Casino) and Tulbagh.
Just over half an hour away from Robertson with charming stops on the way. Look out for Birds Paradise which is free of charge. They serve an inexpensive lunch.
A half hour away from the famous town of Franschhoek. Delight yourself in the Arts and Restaurants.
Half hour from Greyton/Caledon (Casino). Once again discover our majestic Mountains, enjoy our unpolluted air, uncongested roads and altogether a pleasant experience.
See the whales in Hermanus or Kleinmond and the Fynbos in the Harold Porter Nature Reserve.
Celtic Cottage 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (bath & shower) with seperate toilet, lovely large kitchen, lounge and dining room with fireplace for winter and patio with braai facility. Maximum of 5 persons - P.O.A.
Protea Cottage 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (bath & shower), separate toilet, open plan kitchen and lounge with stunning views. Maximum of 2 persons - P.O.A.
Located between Villiersdorp and Worcester on the Wine Route. 3/4 hr from Kleinmond/Hermanus 1 1/2 hr from Cape Town.
Seasonal fruit available for picking, so bring your own basket.

Last night Gareth and I sat outside watching the stars, and our boys scampering around singing “twinkle twinkle little star” and I thought to myself, how deceiving of this nursery rhyme there is nothing little about this universe! As we continued to savour at Gods creation we listened to sounds we thought had become extinct crickets frogs and other creatures unfamiliar to us.
Our stay has been worth a lot more than we imagined! We are returning to the city with a renewed appreciation of God’s nature and fully recharged!!

Blessed time away from the city! This is how man was meant to sleep in beauty and the silence of night with only a cracking fire. The days cold and wet spent as a family used to stay together many years ago, with Mom and Dad and the children so glad – we’ve lost the art of silence! Days blessed with sunshine sharing the birds and fields afar.
We had the best of both. So thank you! The best so far!!
