Khwa ttu San Nature
Reserve - "a San guided Eco experience"
A fascinating day tour to Khwa ttu San Culture
and Education Centre based on a Nature Reserve
on the West Coast approx 90 kms from Cape Town.
The prize includes collection from accommodation,
transport via the West Coast Road to Khwa ttu,
a 3 hour San Guided Bush experience on the
reserve which includes demonstrations of hunting
and tracking skills, a visit to the replica
traditional San village, and a lecture on San
languages and culture. The prize also includes
refreshments (but no lunches).
Khwa ttu is a
unique and special place to visit. It is both
an educational and cultural centre for the
San people where we can learn where and how
these “first peoples” of
Southern Africa fit in today’s modern
society. This is truly an inspirational experience
that Afruka Eco Tours are proud to support.
