| The first
News Cafe opened in 1995 and from the very beginning it
was much more than just an outlet for food and drink. The
five founders had a wealth of experience and qualifications
in the industry, which they brought to this venture along
with boundless enthusiasm. Along with the new food menus,
which have achieved the status of artworks, depicting four
different architectural and philosophical themes, the cocktail
menu has been redesigned with colourful bottles used as
the semiabstract design device, the cocktail menu also
has an architectural air, and creates a mood of excitement
which is sustained by the array of wonderful drinks listed
inside. All in all the menu has a variety of fruity, creamy,
frozen, short, tall, shaken and strained. There's something
in there for every cocktail connoisseur. |
