activity, Kiteboarding. We teach absolute beginners
the basics of Kite surfing. Professional kite surfers will
show you the way to handle the kite from the beach and
then take you out into the water and give you individual
training to make you confident in the water and prepare
you for getting air high above the waves. |

| KITEBOARDING |
|
|
Kiteboarding:
Conditions are so ideal in Cape Town for Kiteboarding that many
of the World's Pro's come and train here. Consistent wind, great
waves and unbeatable scenery make it one of the worlds kiteboarding
hotspots- come find out why!
Kite surfing is usually done at
Blouberg Dolphin Beach where the prevailing South Easter blows
perfect winds to learn in.
Our lessons are taught in 2 hour modules.
We recommend 3 modules.
Module 1: Theory and kite set up, kite
piloting, launching & landing.
Module 2: Advanced kite flying
skills and body dragging
Module 3: Introduction to the board.
We
also offer 1 or 2 day Kite Surfing courses at Langerbaan Lagoon-
just 90 minutes out of Cape Town- its the perfect place to learn
in the safety of the lagoon. |
