The World
of Birds is the largest bird park in Africa with more than
3000 different species of birds. The park is also home
to monkeys as well as numerous other types of exciting
and colourful species.
The walkways in the aviaries permit you to enter the birds paradise and see them
up close. Situated in the heart of Hout Bay the natural surroundings are perfect
for these magnificent birds and animals. Some of the birds you will see include
owls, parrots, eagles and cranes.
Visiting the World of Birds is great for people of all ages, especially children.
The park also cares for injured birds and has a breeding program. As one of Cape
