My
Wyn is a unique wine range produced
in Franschhoek. My Wyn is a la garagiste style and produces
no more than three barrels of
a kind per year! My main focus is on Shiraz and Viognier, but not being trained
as a winemaker, I have to make a learning wine every
vintage with 2007 and 2008 being a Sauvignon Blanc.
