| Arendsig
is a, exclusive, boutique cellar situated in the southern
part of the Robertson valley. The terrior for the cellar
and adjacent vineyards on various slopes was specifically
selected for the cultivation of noble cultivars for the
creation of hand-crafted wines of exceptional quality.
Arendsig is dedicated to make top wines, only produced
form vines of exceptional quality. We believe the most
important elements of a great wine are, firstly, the grape,
secondly the climate, thirdly the soil and fourthly the
skill of the winemaker. To us it is important to keep
every single clone and grapes from different slopes separate
during harvest, as well as in the cellar. It gives more
components for the winemaker to experiment with and the
opportunity to make a wine with maximum flavors. |
